12 CMS students awarded Rs 50,000 each for outstanding performance in IBT

Lucknow, 12 September : 12 meritorious students of City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Campus I were awarded a cash prize of Rs 50,000 each by the CMS management for bringing fame to the city at the international level with their outstanding performance in the International Benchmark Test (IBT). These students achieved an outstanding feat by figuring in the 100th percentile and achieving 1st rank globally in various subjects in International Benchmark Test (IBT) organised by Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER). Aryan Verma, Satyarth Pandey, Vinayak Dalmia, Aamish Ahmed Beg, Kumar Yashasvi and Aditya Singh of CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I secured marks in 100th percentile in Science while Pranjal Verma, Praharsh Chaturvedi, Atharva Pratap Singh and Utkarsh Kumar Verma secured marks in 100th percentile in Mathematics and Raman Misra and Anusha Singh secured marks in 100th percentile in English in this prestigious competition. CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi and Principal of CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I, Mrs Abha Anant congratulated these exceptional students profusely and wished for their bright future ahead.

        Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma informed that conducted by ACER, an official partner of UNESCO, the International Benchmark Test (IBT) is an internationally administered programme of assessments to compare student performance globally. The IBT tests are skill-based and they do not follow any single national curriculum allowing students from all countries to be compared fairly. Mr Sharma informed that CMS is constantly engaged in enhancing students' self-confidence and developing their overall personality by encouraging them to participate in various creative competitions. It is due to these efforts that CMS students keep bringing laurels to the school at national as well as international levels.

CMS Aliganj opens Cambridge section

New State-of-the-Art Robotics Lab inaugurated at CMS

Lucknow, 16 October : A new State-of-the Art Robotics Lab has been set up at City Montessori School, Mahanagar Campus. CMS President and MD, Prof Geeta Gandhi Kingdon inaugurated this newly created robotics lab this morning at CMS Mahanagar Campus in an enthusiastic and joyful atmosphere. Advik of CMS bags two gold medals in National Taekwondo Championship

Lucknow, 11 October : Advik Sharma, a talented Class IV student of City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Campus II,  brought name and fame to the city by bagging two Gold medals in Open National Taekwondo Championship held at Noida Indoor Stadium, Noida. This championship was organized under the aegis of Taekwondo Federation of India in which over 5000 athletes from across the country participated.
