CMS student sets record for being the youngest to scale Kedarkantha peak

Lucknow, March 3 : Adhoxaj Shukla, a student of class 5 of City Montessori School, Cambridge section, Gomti Nagar Extension, brought glory to the city by setting record for being the youngest to scale Kedarkantha peak. The Kedarkantha peak of the Himalayas is located in the Uttarkashi district of Uttarakhand and is 12,500 feet high. CMS founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi applauded the courage and determination of Adhoxaj and wished him success in all his future endeavours. CMS Chief Public Relations Officer, Shri Hari Om Sharma that the route to the Kedarkanth peak is very steep and therefore the climb is extremely difficult. Adhoxaj achieved this feat with an unprecedented display of courage, physical ability and self-confidence. US university offers US$ 1,20,000 scholarship to CMS student

  Lucknow, March 2 : Michigan State University, USA has offered a US$ 1,20,000 scholarship to Samarth, a   student of City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Campus I   for pursuing higher education. He will receive this scholarship for a four-year undergraduate course. Apart from this, Samarth has also received admission offers from three other universities of the USA viz University of Utah, University of Minnesota and Arizona State University. CMS Rajajipuram Campus conferred the Earthian Paryavaran Mitra Award

CMS students make strong appeal to the world community to end Russo-Ukraine war

Lucknow, 28 February : Representing 55,000 students from all 18 campuses of City Montessori School, the students of CMS Station Road Campus made a strong appeal to maintain peace and order in the world and stop the Russo-Ukraine War. Under the guidance of CMS Founder Dr Jagdish Gandhi, CMS President Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon, and Principal Mrs Deepali Gautam, the students of the school took out a procession demanding an end to the Russo-Ukraine war. Lucknow, 26 February : The Sports Day of City Montessori School, Rajajipuram campus I saw students of Pre-primary, class 1 and 2 showcase their sporting talents today. On this occasion, the parents of students, who were present in large numbers were enthralled to see their wards’ sporting talents and cheered the students.                Earlier, the sports day commenced with school prayer and different educational-cultural programmes presented by the students.
